On June 15, 2002, "The Little Corner Breadshop" piloted the first pandesal from our own oven. People from the market smelled the aroma of freshly baked bread. In a little time the bake shop became popular in the area, because we were the only bakeshop to produce freshly baked bread every hour. That's how it all started with "The Little Corner Breadshop".
